A MESSAGE FROM OUR TECHNICAL DIRECTOR;
COACH JOHN BARRY NUSUM

We’ve decided to take a more professional approach to our players in order to give a greater chance and opportunity for players to compete at the highest level in our region as we are working together with FC Bascome and keeping the core values of BAA.

Our mission is to develop and build a solid foundation for the future of BAA and in turn Bermuda. This starts with our Under 9 and Under 11 programs. Our focus with these two age groups is to continue enhanced development of not only football skills but mental decision making as well.

Following on from the success of the programme last year, we will be introducing an Under 13 program. This program allows players to build on skills learnt in Under 11s and develop their tactical skills as move to the more competitive BFA U13 league.

Working along with FC Bascome will bring about a change that Bermuda hasn’t seen before as there will be a pathway that will help us develop young talented players to take advantage of FC Bascome’s investment in a USL 2 franchise team and an
 opportunity to play in front of top college and professional coaches every summer moving forward.

My hope is that we can continue to grow the club and establish BAA as a club that leads the way in youth development.
